MC519 Cart vs. 80 Cart

I've had a model 80 cart for the last couple of years that I've used on various tractors and it's been a good heavy duty cart.

Last week I picked up an MC519 collection system for my 318, which is currently the only tractor that I have. It seems like the MC519 can also be used as cart to haul with, not just for material collection. I think the capacity of the 80 cart is higher than the MC519 cart, but I'd like to know if anyone has hauled anything of significant weight in one of these MC519 carts. I'm sure it's fine for leaves/grass, but how about dirt/rocks,etc...? It has the dump feature just like the 80, but I'm not sure I'd want to get rid of the 80 cart at this point in favor of the MC519. Thoughts?

I have a 10P cart and a similar Cyclone Rake. I’d have to change the bed of the Cyclone Rake to haul the kind of wood that I do off and on. I just think both are good tools to have and keep if you have the room to store them.

I have two Model 80's and a 50 that I would never give up. Too valuable and too useful. However, I do have to crack up when I see what people are now asking for model 80's in any kind of condition. They're not made of gold.

I know I saw somewhere in the manual that the MC519 is rated at 500lbs.

It is Basically the same a Number 7 Cart as Far as capacity heaped as Far as adding the Hydraulic Lift it Can Carry a Lot More weight then it is rated for with The standard air shock (y)

Blaspheme I know but has anyone out there ever added hydraulic lift to a model 80 cart? Sounds like something Katt might do.

Roy Rector did that to a 17 P Cart But he added a extra axle as well (y)
This is what I would use Warner H-Track Electro-Hydraulic Linear Actuators for One of the Numbered Carts then I could also use it with Tractors that don't have external Hydraulic outlets as well(y)
