Bracket for case weights on my x485

I have a new to me x485 that came with a blade for snow plowing. I got a quick hitch 47" snowblower for it and am anxiously waiting to use it. The tractor has wheel weights and tire chains that were used with the plow and I will use with the blower. I came across 3x 40 lb JD case weights for nearly nothing so I picked them up. Now I'm contemplating what to buy to use them. Should I go all out with the click n go system to hang them off the back or buy this one delivered for $182 off ebay?

I think I can get into the click n go system for ~ $250 - $280 delivered.

I'm not running any implements off the back. I have a small trailer I may pull around the property once in a great while.

What would you guys recommend?

Thanks!

I like the click n go system. Fortunately for me, both of my X's came with the click n go mounts, I just needed to buy the weight brackets and suitcase weights. The click n go is easy to install and use.

I wrestled with this same dilemma & in the end went for the JD Click n Go set up. I’m really happy with it & while it costs a few bucks more I feel that it’s worth it.

If you ever intend to find a bagger system for the x485, click n go bracket is the way to go it uses the same bracket.

I can tell you for experience, get the JD click 'n go system. Expensive but worth it and you will not be sorry. I bought the eBay bracket first because I was too cheap to buy the JD ones. It was OK, and it works. I didn't like how it separates the weights into 2-weight packages. It also bolts on and puts the weights up pretty high off the back. You can't take it off quickly like the JD bracket. I'm not knocking the eBay bracket, because it works. I'm just saying JD's system is BETTER. The click 'n go brackets are also used for the bagger system which is nice.

After I had the eBay bracket, I came across a complete package of used snow equipment for my X720 and bought it. It included the JD click 'n go system. I put it on and never looked back! The JD system puts all 6 weights together on one nice package, sling low off the back of the machine. The weight package also doubles as an excellent place to bungee on a snow shovel and have it with you. I like to bungee the weights together so they don't rattle. I have attached a few pics of both the eBay bracket and JD click 'n go's attached to my machine for reference.
