Finally snowing here--was nothing all morning, the sun even poked out a few times before 10 am...now its starting to stick to my driveway,at first only the grass had a dusting on it..road looks like its sticking also, only 2 tire tracks and the yellow line showing,it'll be covered up soon if it keeps coming down steady like it is now..

My area may not get the predicted 4-7" due to mixing with rain--seems like my town is always right on the cusp of the rain/snow line and we get that wet cement snow that plugs snowblowers up and weighs 40 lbs per shovel full...if it snows after dark when it cools off a few more degrees though,we could be the "jackpot" area too though..

In SE MA it snow and sleeted all day long and didn't amount to a hill of beans. Raining now and 35 degrees. Glad we fell way short of the 2-5"s they were forecasting, not in any hurry to get the Ariens out of the garage to clear the driveway.

5.3" so far here. and it's sticky but not heart attack snow. It should give the x748 a nice walk in the park tomorrow morning.

If it’s any consolation Steve, I spent all day in the shop making the switch. Had to get the new cab on, figure out the spaghetti wiring that the P.O. had done, finish up the chute mod on the 54” blower done then hook everything up. Finally got the first trail pass at about 6pm tonight.

I’ll be out there in the morning to clean up. Seems pretty wet tho. I hate the heavy wet stuff...

I'm on the south coast of CT (Mystic) this weekend. It snowed all day yesterday, starting before 9 am. It's amazing how little actually accumulated (less than an inch). I did live in Newport (RI) for several years, so I am familiar with how much the ocean water temp affects the coast, but just a few miles inland, they saw more like 6-7 inches!

No report from home yet...

Well looks like we have 4-7" from window? Have not ventured out yet. The John Deere 345 waits outside after I played with it first time in pushing snow. This will be good test.
I can't pick on anyone, my blowers were parked so I had to move my bagger tractor out of the way and others are facing wrong direction perhaps. Hoping for some seat time on all of them today!
The pics are from 3-4PM yesterday.

We got some on Sat too, more tonight apparently.....I added rubber belting to my blower auger, works much better this year. Plowed the driveway and made a path in the yard to walk the dogs.

Barely have any at all here, they were calling for 2 - 4 inches then backed it down to less than an inch and that is about what we got. Still snowing lightly but not enough to fire up the 322 and try any removal.

{Down south}==Virginia , actually--we got about-3-4 inches over Friday afternoon, and then Saturday. Heavy/wet stuff--power went out for awhile yesterday morning, as tree's fell on the lines--so we went out to eat, and my bride about finished her shopping list.

Roads and parking lots are in good shape--bur slippery to walk on.especially designer concrete areas...lawn care companies out spreading salt everywhere...The roads are full of folks in a hurry to go no-where.

There is about 3-4" here near Taunton MA...it snowed most all of yesterday after noon time, but didn't start sticking to the roads until 3-4 pm...it was very slick though, dozens of accidents everywhere...the streets are bare tar now, they salted the crap out of them in my town even before any snow came down..

Not looking forward to plowing my driveway and walks...when its only 3-4",it feels like a waste of time and effort, but if I leave it,it'll freeze solid and might not melt for months..hoping the drive belt on my SS-12 holds up long enough to get the snow moved where my truck cant go...back is killing me as usual,if I have to use a shovel I'll be really hurting..at least the sun is out and it may go above 35 degrees and do some melting--and there was no wind with this storm..

We got about 5 inches at home. The boys helped my wife shovel the driveway. By the time I got home last night, it had compressed down to about 2-3 inches.

Looks nice with the Christmas lights (which is all I really got accomplished Friday night).

Well the weatherman says prep those snow removal machines, lake effect storm starting tonight through Wednesday is coming in to Western PA! Figures it comes in when I go back to work, not the days I have off this week!!

Northern (mountain) areas of VT, NH and ME may get up to a foot tomorrow! Wow...

All day today the Weather Channel app was predicting 3-6" here through Tuesday afternoon. Now it has changed to about an inch and changing to rain. :00000033:
We get enough in January and February. Don't need it now.
