Depends where you are, here in my neck of the woods, I sell a cord ( 4' x 4' x 8' stacked) for $100.00 you haul. I deliver locally ( 20 mile radius) for $20.00. And that is all hardwood, oak, hickory, maple, locust, cherry and ash. As far as getting a bunch of debris, sounds like it might have bin loaded with a loaderbucket.
Some people are hard to please, like the fella last year. He only wanted red oak??, cut to 14"?? and ever piece split, even if it was only 2" in diameter.
This is what I now call, Designer-firewood> looks good stacked on the porch. He only wanted a half cord, so I went ahead and did it. But HE wasn't happy when I told him it was $75.00 and he had to haul it.
You can take the boy out of the city, but you can't take the city out of the boy. Well, I guess you can, but it wouldn't be legal!!!!:hide:
