Ah yes! The first day of Spring. Nothing to mow and not enough to blow. Just a lot of white in the tress and on the grass. Here is what I was looking at as I read your post, Rich.

No snow and the grass is taller this week than it was when I cut it last week. And the trees have shed their leaves so it must be spring.

I have jobs of flowers and buds on the strawberry plants with more appearing every day.

Looks like I will be swimming in strawberries this year.

 

The grass is 16" tall in the back yard!!

It has been raining steadily. I guess I will have to cut it rain or not.

 

This what I like about Maryland. Here yesterday, gone today. By Saturday afternoon, 95% was gone and by Sunday afternoon, not a sign of white stuff.

Time to change some oil.

Same here except for a few piles of snow. I'm missing my 2 weeks of sunny (relatively) low humidity, low 80s days in Fla. It's 32 degrees here now. I feel like I've gone back in time. Plus I've got tractors to work on, and paint, which I can't do until it warms up.
