It was hard for me to imagine how well this setup was really gonna work, all I can say is WOW!
It turned hard old sod into black powder with a couple quick passes and didn't even phase the 445. Ill never walk behind another tiller again.

I didn't get any action photos before the rain hit

Yes the PTO tillers do a Great Job I had a JD 450 tiller on my JD 425 But went will a 42inch Hydraulic tiller On My X485 Just Because they can do one Pass tilling to powder. But if I ever Had to do it again I would Have stayed with the PTO tillers Just Because there a little Faster to mount.. Where I have remove the quick coupler off My deck put It On the Pump then secure the Pump to the rocker shaft lift arms raise them Up then secure the Pump to the frame. I have a rear PTO Install on my X485 and have barley used it.
I can see You very Happy with your tiller . Glad You Like it. It sure does beat walking behind one:thThumbsU

Hey BTW Notice You don't Have Taillights. If You ever decide to get them again Have Your dealer Order the European Kit Taillights Because they will stay in Place because they have strap the secures them In Place over the North American Version which Just has them resting in the fender deck

WOW, never knew that Sergeant! My tail lights are a bit loose (american version I guess) on my 445. Maybe I'll try and order up the european version... is there a part number for that L and R ? would just need the housing...my lens' and sockets are good.

Also- Nice tiller! Enjoy! I have the 450 tiller as Sergeant once had and it is a beast.... it was tossing softball size rocks like nothing- and the tines are like new still!... you will love these tillers... :thThumbsU

Great, thanks Sergeant ,
Also thought I'd post a quick clip of my 450 tiller running-it's a short clip..... It is rare to see any videos out there with the 450 tiller in action..... but for those guys out there that are on the fence on buying one, take it from bricklayer99/me/and sergeant, these attachments are great and built tough!

I Have The taillights Sitting On TheWork Bench. I'll Probably Just Silicone Them In As Its A Worker More Than A Looker. I Tilled My Dads Garden And It Powdered It Six Inches Deep On The First Pass And Left The Dirt Fluffed Up 3 InchesHigher Than TheExisting Ground. I Was SuperImpressed
