We are picking out products for a basement remodel project. I was hoping to get Kohler faucets, but the wife fell in love with a Pfister model. I have no experience with this brand so wondering if anyone can comment on the quality/durability/reliability of Pfister?

The Pfister products went in earlier this year. Just a sink and a shower. So far, so good: they do look nice and seem to operate fine.

Price fister is moe for if you a rental property owner or your going to sell your house with in two years , I'm a local plumber in conneticut and do more side work where people want to save a buck then go for a quality product and quality over ways price no matter what . For me as a local professional it's harder to get price fister parts then getting moen, delta , or Kohler parts , the only people who sale price fister parts in the area I live in is Home Depot or lowes and they don't have every service part that is needed sometimes I'm going to four or five stores to get parts and then it's a loser for me to do repairs on price fister

When the cartridge wore out to the point it needed replaced in mine, the local ACE had the cartridge to fit, except it was for the hot side and not the cold side. So both handles swing the same way now since I needed the cold side but didn't care enough to run to get the right one. It looks right till u try to use it:sidelaugh

My wife also wanted a Pfister faucet. Her kitchen, she gets to decide. Had to order new hose for the pull out squirter a couple of times but they have a lifetime warrantee and the swap is simple.

Really prefer the Kohler but not my decision to make.

Happy wife worth way more than fewer repairs IMO.

I bought an old house that was redone with Moen and after 10 years the fancy kitchen faucet started leaking, I called Moen and they sent me a new faucet free. I now only by Moen.
