you can get a cab at home depot and maybe lowes for any mtd including cub real cheap sometimes. I saw one at my local home depot for 50 bucks on clearance. I think it was about 175 bucks new. it is a universal fit. it is sort of like a tent. it is basically a steel tube frame with roof and sides made of heavy duty plastic or vinyl. it has a door with snaps or velcro or something to close it up from the wind.

I got mine from original tractor cab a few years back as a discontinued item for about $125.00 & shipping. You buy it , you make it fit. I've changed it to fit three different tractors so far. It fits my super cub the best. I'll post pics soon as I'll be mounting the cab & blower tomorrow.

Here is a Cozy cab I picked up on CL for my 314 and a JD cab on my 300.
Let it snow !!!

Well this is my soft cab, I think I will be building solid cabs for both tractors this year. The last few years we have had a lot of triple E deaths in the Northeast. I spend a lot of time on both tractors so it would seem to be logical.

this cab, I was told, was for a cub 1350, found it on craigs list for $125, it's a cozy cab & needed few modifications to fit my ariens gt14 - I will be repairing & painting it this spring, - I installed a stereo, lights, & windshield blower in the cab - it came with the wiper, the duct work blows hot engine air (not exhaust) into the cab (don't need a coat until it get's below 0 degrees outside)
