Just bought a GT 18 last week.
Wow, what a well built machine.

Looked on ebay tonight looking for a scoop. Nothing even close.

Is this something hard to find or is there something new our there that bolts up without a lot of hassle.

Thanks in advance.

I'm pretty sure he means the front tote box... But sears did make a front scoop bucket for the later craftsman tractors, it was very similar to the Johnny buckets, but all manual...

Now that is funny and u are on track too. But no, my Wild days are behind me. Just now finishing up tearing out a brick/concrete porch with a small jack hammer, a shovel and my hands. As it is an unusual project at home And it is nearly complete, I don't have to have it now but it sure would have helped. Wish I knew about these little monsters sooner, it would have saved my back. So now I have the tractor, thought I would see if I could find a small bucket for some other work I will b doing in the back later.

Sorry I wasn't clear. Didn't know there were 2 kinds. I have a craftsman. I wouldn't mind finding a front bucket for it if I could find one reasonably within reach. Nothing fancy. I searched here and found where someone gabbed one around a blade but I don't have a plasma cutter. A blade would help too if that is available but would prefer a bucket. Thanks to all for responding.

Yep, the only problem with it is that it isn't on my mower!

post is gone now, wonder what the price was?

thanks for finding it. al least I know they exist.

So what specifically should I be looking for? a GT 18 front loader or a specific type that fits my GT 18?

Again, thanks in advance.

Not cheap, but excellent quality, are the Johnny Buckets. They should have mounting options for older Craftsmans too.
