Hi there, I have a Ryobi RM480ex riding electric mower. It's been working great but came out to mow and it won't start. The light where the plug connects to the mower in the back is not on. When I check the charging transformer, it has a green light when UNPLUGGED from mower. As soon as I plug it into the mower to charge, it goes out. Please advise! Thank you.

I have the zero turn model but switched the Lead acid batteries out for a 48volt Lithium battery. I had not encountered anything like that with mine. As mentioned above, it could simply be a fuse.
