Can anyone tell me about what a Allis Chalmers T 811 GT II with a tiller and mowing deck and a front snow blade would be worth? It is in good shape but I am going to check it all out bearings engine etc. And a paint job.

Hate to bother you all with this but I been looking around can,t seem to find any? Have some photos later of it. THANKS

No bother...that is exactly what this forum is for
Although over 30 years old, if properly maintained, I would think that it would be worth about 400 to 800 bucks, depending on its condition...if you go to simpletractors.com you may find someone who may bought one recently and give you an idea also
does it have chains and / or wheel weights with it?...if so it would be well worth it...if not then negotiate

Yep has chains and weights I just got done taking fly-wheel off need to get new ignition, He had it in a barn and the mice chewed up the wires the spark plug wire is chewed in half, Was a dead mouse under the dash too, Am going to get it running and check or change all bearings in deck etc. Steering is tight---oil looked good in trans and tiller. I know the guy he does take care of things ok but let it sit after wife pasted. With a new paint job and belts should be a nice tractor I would think? THANKS

Do you know best place to get ignition parts for this?? I can,t seem to find this engine?? Model# 252707 0131-01 Found some with all numbers but last two where 99 instead of 01?? Need points--condenser--plug ignition,, Maybe more???

I live out in country and my neighbor right down the road an older guy 84 has his own ele. motor shop for fifty years been teaching me alot about industrial motors. Anyways his wife past last summer and he does not want to deal with alot things she used in yard so he knows I like to fix up older tractors-tillers etc when I can [have very bad back and knees] Thats why the hyd. lift in photos so I don,t have to be on floor and bend etc. Anyways he gave me this tractor and a Troy built 8HP tiller--and a Craftsman Chipper--and two smaller mowers and sickly mower they just need fixing up when she got ill he kinda let things go but all were inside his barn dry.

Well finally got it running and all fixed up, I did clean the tapper and lap in the tapper on the flywheel and gave it good torque with new key-way. Seems to run good I did install the deck and run the blades,
But that paint [Valspar] SUCKS! I put two coats on [thick] and used a whole quart and still could see the primer threw it? Heck I only painted deck--tiller and tractor, I got a quart of rustoleum like I used before and sanded all down [again] painted another two coats and wow--Perfect, Looks good and ONLY used just over 1/2 quart? Get what you pay for I guess.
Heres some photos of it think I may try sell it I put ALL new bearings in the deck and idel pulleys, New belts--New oil in trans and engine--everything working like it should as far as I can tell from looking at the blades and tines on tiller it looks like only has around 300 hours on it?? I have had my mowers with over 1000 hours on them and see how the blades whear and tines look.
