as we all know by now big blue is the lost neglected of beat up ford yt16h i stumbled across at a scrap yard i fell for the the look of the old beast and it big motor but what won me over was the fact that it was a working hydro static for a cheap $200 the deck has seen better days o hope to try to fix it so fare i have put the following into "big blue " a pair of tubes $18 a peace and $15 for insalation of tubes ,spare set of front rims/tires $20 , a new hood with full grill $20 ,a new belt $20 so now i have $111 into "big blue" next week im picking up a brand new set of 23x10.5x12 rear tires for $40 i am waiting for an quote on stickers/decals for the hood i will have the normal "yt16h ford" on the sides of the hord but on the top each side right and left will have a custom sticker will say "big blue" i will show a quick sketch of what i want i am not an artist lol

we got big blue home cleaned it up a bit was then i notice that i had some work ahead of me but despite of that big blue was found to be as solid as a rock

after looking and looking i found a new hood just around the block from my place but had cheap homemade decal from a label gun yuck so i bought it took the decals off yeah

Well basicly brings us up to date on things now as promised the sketches im no artis but its idea cant wate to hear back from bbsines

I have to agree they are well built machines.
Could you do me a favour STB? Can you see what the model tag on you differential says. I would like to see if it is the same as mine. I am not sure where it would be at other than around the lower case/axel tube area

Lol tape for flames randy brushes them on the boy is talented it would take him a munite or two to do that but im not bashing it looks niceLooking good so far!! A little tape, some paint, you could get carried away.
