I have the Agri-Fab snow cab which isn't 100% sealed,but it keeps the snow off me,and makes a huge diference. It's similar to the two on the left : http://www.sears.com/sr/javasr/search.do?BV_UseBVCookie=Yes&keyword=snow+cab&vertical=LAWN

I have never seen a snow cab in person. but if you are snow blowing and the cab is a soft top like some sold above, does the front window get covered with wet snow? I like the one for $400 that goes on most tractors.
