Hopefully after doing all that work, you can make some modifications and still use it. THAT TRACTOR IS LOOKING SHOWROOM GREAT.
lol easy there, you havent seen it close up yet :trink40: awesome though what some elbow grease, time and fresh paint can do

hey i didnt know there was a multi quote button!!!

I see a can of the Magic spray paint in one pic, is that what you used for all the white?
Curious on how well it works.
Tractor looks really nice!!
yes, i was using Valspar gloss white, but TSC dropped that line, and i couldnt find any local. so i tried the magic brand they have now, its a bit off but close enough for me, seems to kick a lot of over spray out, but i like the way it lays down nice, and dries to a nice shine pretty fast. worth the money i think

Looking great! Definitely has come a long way!!
thank you :fing32:

The lower grille you have looks to be for a ST/12, ST/16 with a removable grille piece for a suburban type sears, the one that would have came on yours would have been one piece. I would either redrill the holes in the grille piece or the frame and the one you have should work.

just a tidbit for you when i did mine i put a 45 elbow on the muffler to point it down a lil so it doesnt burn the paint on the hood and turn it black.
i seen that tonight, i need to get that elbow and a small extension of some sort. the muffler i want to use does not clear the hood:banghead3

You did great. I hope mine looks that good when im done. Have a question though. Did sears change tank/ battery locations in different years? Mine is set up different.
I have a 92 LT4000 with the gas tank under the seat and the battery under the hood and a 14 hp Kohler engine. I have a 92 LT4000 with the gas tank under the hood and the battery under the seat and a 12.5 hp Briggs. I also have a 82 LTV-10 with the battery and gas tank under the hood with a 12hp briggs. They do vary the locations,

they change locations alot

glad someone knows, seems every picture i see of an st10 they all look different in some way. like my decals they are black and red, but the only ones i could find online are yellow and white :dunno:

Tractor looks great with the new decals. The strobe light is a neat touch. Tractor supply has pretty much an exact replacement round 2 bolt red light. Lines up with the factory holes. Where did you get the strobe light?
