shopgreendealer.com Site Down and NOW Back.

Hey guys -

About two+ weeks ago, I bought and paid for a folding ROPS for my 2305. (2305 is to be delivered this Monday) - I got a shipment notification shortly after and my CC was charged.

Problem is, no ROPS delivered and now I see the site (shopgreendealer.com) is completely down.

Does anyone know where they are or how to contact them? Please dont say I am out $317 dollars!

Any advice appreciated!

Oh no! Now that is tough to swallow.

I've never heard of them before.

PayPal is merely acting as a third party money transfer service. Since this appears to be a PayPal transaction, you might want to explore PayPal's site for a way to file a dispute on the transaction. You might just get the transaction looked into, or even your money back.

Contact your credit card company and open a disputed charge...;)

Site seems to work fine from here. Good luck and hopefully it was just an issue with their ISP that caused the site outage.

I had bought my Original Tractor Cab, cab, for my 2305 from them last fall, Shop Green Dealer, and had absolutely no problem. Had the cab in about 5 days. No problems at all.

Good news - your right. The shopgreendealer site is back up and I am able to log in. I ordered the ROPS on the 9th so I will now try to follow up with them as to where is the product. I left messages for two guys, Jimmy and Jacob, whom I think may be the owners last night. Looks like they fixed the shopgreendealer site. The other site is still down but thats ok.

WOW, Let us know if anything shows up.

We all have to watch out for each other, if we have a problem at a site. We may be next.

Good to hear that the site is back up. Must have been a glitch in the ISP, but when you're expecting an order, you can help but get a knot in your belly and think the worst.

Let us know how this all turns out.

Guys - just an update that I received a call from www.shopgreendealer.com - they apologized for the scare and assured me that the folding ROPS would be delivered by this Wednesday.

They admitted they messed up and their site was down so all is good. I will post here when the unit truly is delivered and then we can put these guys on the "OK to buy from" list :)

That was a very good thing for them to do. Looks like there is a decent company left after all.

All - Shopgreendealer did finally come through. Keep in mind it was not a shipping issue. It was a combo of a coincidence in that they messed up the order and allowed their website to lapse with their domain name which expired.

It appeared to me that I had been "had". As soon I paid and then checked a week later, the site was down... and was for a couple weeks.

So, all is well that ends well. Thank you all - The new folding ROPS on my new 2305 is awesome! www.shopgreendealer.com came through, apologized and is a good company.
