Last May I bought a Precision Products Inc. 4 wheel Trailer Cart from Tractor Supply. I have been using this cart to haul mulch and 55 gallons of water for plants and many other odd jobs. On my last trip with the trailer, I noticed the wheels looked loose. Upon further inspection I found the bearings completely shot on two of the wheels, and the other two wheels the bearings were loose.

I contacted Precision products and explained my cart trailer was 5 months old and the condition of the wheels. The response I received back was not what I expected. All I was hoping for was a few replacement bearings. What I got was an immediate email in return saying they were sending me 4 brand new tires, and that they were sorry for my troubles!

This is customer service the way I haven't seen in a long time. The wheels arrived 7 days after I asked about them!

Thanks Missy. :congrats:

It's nice to see a company with such good customer support... especially since I own a couple Precision implements! :)

I added a 2" ball trailer coupler on mine so I can simply hook it to the ball on the tractor. What I really need are brakes on that trailer! Our yard is not flat and when I unhook the trailer I need to put rocks behind the wheels. Any ideas out there on how to fabricate brakes?

You could make an emergency brake for the rear wheels on the order of wheelchair brakes.

Good idea. I'll come up with something along those lines I'm sure. Then again, maybe a pair of chocks carried on the trailer someplace is the way to go. Kind of the KISS design, ya know?
