Not very clear, but there appears to be an awfully lot of rust! If this is the case through out the structure, it may be a lost cause. Is this salt water effect? You may want to have a qualified welder take a look at the overall picture.

There is just surface rust. I still can't figure out on how to post pictures on this site. Tried a couple of different way still can't get it.

 

When you click "reply", scroll down the page untill you find "ATTACH FILES". click on Manage "attachments." A "Browse window should open up, click on \"browse" and browse your picture files to find the one you want. Click on it and the URL should appear in the window. Then you click "attach" and it will down load. When complete, the url will show up as an attachment and appear when you "post" your message.

I think I remembered correctly. If I missed something, someone please make additions or corrections. :thThumbsU

As for the rust, something must have weakened that frame, Simplicity generally does a better job than that, in all my Simp Experience!

 

I resized his pic to 640 x 480, which is the size most people post on here.

What year is the landlord, I have never seen a Hydro lift with that configuration on a Simplicity.
