Can anyone tell me the part I need that goes on the threaded end of the fuel shutoff solenoid? Or a picture of the part so I can fabricate it? thanks.

BobBD, first welcome to the forum! I missed your introductory post the other day! Here is a link to the JD parts site. This should help you if you need to know what a part looks like. Enter your model number in the search field and then I choose the sectional view most of the time to get to the parts diagrams. You can also order parts from this site, but will have to follow the directions to "sign up" to the John Deere on-line part system (always delivered through your local dealer!). Good luck!
