I have my 455 AWS which is almost restored to new-condition. Pics pending completion.
54" deck.
Question on tires....
Tractordata.com, and the manual (the tractor came with the original manual but it covers all models / not AWS specific) call for different tire sizes:
Front:
16x7.5-8 (currently on tractor)
18x8.5-8
Rear:
23x8.5-12
23x10.5-12 (currently on tractor)
26x12-12
The manual does not stipulate a certain size for AWS.
Does the AWS or 54" deck prevent me from going to the larger front(18x8.5-8), and larger rear (26x12-12) tire?....
Looking for people that know from experience and/or hopefully have been there / done that....
Don't want to make the mistake of ordering the tires only to find out they wont fit.
Reason for asking - I have seen conflicting info in various forums.. some saying large tires fit, some saying they rub the deck, etc etc...
And noting that for the rears, it would be the same size as my 2305 as well... yielding some re-use options in case of emergencies / damage etc....
