I don't know about the 52 loader but I have the 60 loader on my 655 and it is a breeze to mount/dismount. The hardest part about it connecting/disconnecting the hydro quick couplers..

 

The 70 looks as easy as the 45 on myX748
The 44 on my 430 is a nightmare comparatively speaking especially the sub frame removal if front implements are needed.

Lou, the original loaders were the “old school” style that required bolting/unbolting to mount/dismount. A bit of work and tools required. They were replaced by the 60,70,&70A which were more like modern loaders with what we think of as “quick-attach” mounting systems - - no tools required.

I suspect it would seem like a bit of a hassle to have the original loader design, especially if you are used to the modern quick-tach systems.

 

I just saw this exact 52 vs 70 thing mentioned on tractorbynet and apparently the 52 you have to unbolt things, the 70 you don't have to unbolt anything. As for 'how much' harder, i dont know. May be more of a convenience than difficulty thing since you have to have tools with you to do it.

 

Thanks, now I gotta check out tractorbynet! I’ve grown fond of the no fuss 45 loader. I’m capable of of unbolting things, just got spoiled I guess.
