The deck looks clean. Id say go for it. Maybe offer 20.

Looks pretty good, actually. Make sure the crank isn't bent or anything major like that. An F motor commercial is hard to pass up. The bag mounts alone are probably worth $30...

That front metal engine guard can fetch $40 on eBay all day. Many are in need of one and it's a good thing it hasn't been removed and lost.

Going to pick it up tomorrow along with the other one in this picture for the $30. Any clue what the other one might be, I can't tell much about it.

I believe it is an 8601 with a D400 series engine.
