I've been working on the blower that came with my '74 C160. The chute has four roller guides around the base. They each have a v groove with one thin edge and one thick edge. Which way up should they be installed? Also, which groove on the PTO pulley should I be using, the fast one? Thanks! LD

Not real big on the C's but I'd bet Teddy would know, he has a couple of these. You would think the heavier side would be down but knowing my luck that would be backwards! Best of luck!
I would also want high speed rotation so, fast pulley?

That is correct......go with the groove that lines up the best.
Usually the inside groove on the PTO.
