Thanks for the info Caseman. That's a HD old school Peerless for sure. A 3spd from the looks? The belt drive doesn't look overly complicated and probably lasts a long time. We owned a 1970 JD 110 with basically the same trans for 30yrs and used it year round. I think we replaced the trans belt once.
