No bites on swapping my K66 with a K46 in the classifieds so I'll be putting the K66 back into tjhe L130 and trying to sell it.

I will probably try and swap a set of turfs and sell the HDAPs separately.

Would $1200 be asking too much for a L130 with only 190 hrs and a K66 w/100hrs?

No, As long as your willing to negotiate

I think $1200 is a great price for your modified tractor. Stock machines in your area sell for $900 regularly, and I'm pretty sure that you have an additional $900 in upgrades to your LA. It will be a great buy for somebody, I just hope they join here and continue the pictorial exploits of your tractor.

However, I fear you may have missed the peak selling season and should settle for the best offer. Or re-list the tractor march 2013.

I didn't want to try and sell this with the K66 in place because of the headaches I would have explaining the mods to someone who is just looking for a lawn mower.

Had hoped to have it listed by now but there still may be time to get it outta here.

I don't think you'd be asking too much. And if a potential buyer wants to check it out, I'd simply tell them that you've upgraded the transmission to something more heavy duty. Hopefully that'd be sufficient enough of an explanation without having to explain the K46.

There are still people near me posting ads for 100 series lawn tractors on CL for about the same as what you're asking... and some ads for even more.

Shouldn't be an issue. There will come a person who comes along and knows what the upgrade is worth.. altho diffrent scenario I redid my 1998 with 2001-2003 front end parts, just cause I think they look better.. For that reason, I asked a pretty top dollar price ( parts were expensive ) for the truck when it was time to sell ( truck looked brand new ).. got lots of people who offered bottom dollar, some people who were a little more fair, and then a guy who came along looking for a 2001 cause he wanted the 2.5L engine and not the 2.3 D tech with that nicer looking front end. He bought my truck for the $$ cause he knew what it was.. 2.5L with the new style front except I also had a color matched edge valance with Fogs. He knew it was a near professional job, and bought it
