With winter almost upon us, I was wanting to sand and paint my horse before
it actually hit, however Rob told me no!!!

The reason.... well it's getting colder and he doesn't think that I'd get it done
in time. So with that being a let down to me I've decide that since he wants
me to wait, I'll just PIMP it out with the lights and everything that way when
it does come time to paint it I wont have to drill holes into the fresh paint!!!!

These are the lights that I'll be putting onto it, or rather I'll have Rob tack
weld them on for me.

Image

One of these mufflers in hopes that for now it'll quiet all that horse power
down (I can say that :sidelaugh ) until I can get that pipe out and a real
muffler installed!!!!

Off with the old fuel line, it's not like the fuel pump works anyhow... And

Image

on with the new fuel line....

Image

Here I'm installing new L.E.D. lights on the rear... Sorry Rob but you'll have to
buy new ones for the camper.... LOL

Image

There that looks pretty good.....

Image

Oh by the way Rob, you know that "Liquid Electric Tape" that you've been looking
for..... Well, I found it so now I'm going to use it.... LOL

So how do the new L.E.D.'s look.... well, like this.....

Image

This is during the day and.....

Image

This is right after the sun went down.....

And this one was at... you guessed it... full dark... LOL
They sure are bright, so with these and the L.E.D. strobe light that I use for
plowing I should be good :thThumbsU !!!!

I didn't get the headlights on yet, but I will. I also plan to get a new spark
plug, fuel filter and air filter for her....

As for tires.... Well I'm saving for them as I write this!!!!

By the way once spring gets here and Rob says it'll be fine to start painting
this will be a horse of a different color.....

Yeah, I've decided.... Let's just say it won't be RED....

Awesome work.I can't wait to see those light on there.
It'll be the same strobe light that I used last year....

:goodl:I seem to recall ownership of said Wheelhorse being transferred to Rob. You should give him an invoice for time and materials. :goodl:
Nope, that was the B100!!! The one here is a B80 that I built.... take a look here...... My "New to me Horse"
which was posted in the Toro/Wheel Horse forum.

Thanks for the comments

Bummer...Horses are RED. Deere are GREEN CASES are orange SIMPLICITY are Orange. MAsseys are RED. TOROs are RED.

To each their own, but a horse that aint red is nothing short of a tragedy.

I have a feeling the new color is purple. Dont ask me why I think that. Have fun repainting it whatever color, and you'll be happy with the results!:fing32: Later, U.S.A Tractor Joe

I remember the purple :) The LEDs look great on there.

.....but what's with the 4th horse in your pic. :beatdeadh :dunno: :sorry1:

Why will a different color make it not run right? Maybe make it explode?

Rob had a truck once and painted it a different color, the only difference it
made was it was a different color and even more shiney!!!!

If you want to be cool and different, just change to a different red. Maybe Kandy Apple Red. Or, metalflake red w/ ghost flames. You get the idea.....
I understand that Wheel Horse's are suppose to be RED, but thats from the
factory, or if this were a true resto.... but it's just something that I put
together.

Ok, I've got things to get done on the Wheel Horse..... And I'll say it up front
SORRY if NO one likes the colors that I choose,
but every now and then a
chic has to show that she's still a chic, even if she does like getting her hands
greasy..... I'm not trying to be mean to anybody...
After all it's just PAINT, and if I do paint it another color does that make me
less of who I am??? :sad_02:

Thats right Merrie its all yours paint it any color you want :)
When my daughter was very young I bought her a honda 70 ATC and she wanted it a different color, so I stripped it all down to the frame and painted it HOT pink with black frame and white rims. She picked out the color :)
It turned out really nice and she was happy.
My other daughter had on the same but wanted it left the original color and many years later when i put them up for sale the hot pink one sold the day I advertised it..........

The LED's look good from the rear; aren't you leaving the light you just inserted into the opening at the top of the hood, I thought that looks better than those two on the bracket.

I like the hot pink for your horse. think of the fun you will have picking a hot pink outfit to wear while cutting the grass. Don't take it near the road though because you will cause a traffic tie-up from all the lookers rear ending each other.
