At this point I might be tempted to call them and let them know you have plans for it this weekend and that you feel you have been more than fair waiting and giving them flexibility but a Friday delivery (even late) is what you are expecting. It can't take that long to prep the tractor even with a 3pt installation.

I was going to call them tomorrow afternoon and tell them that I'm expecting it on Thursday afternoon. I think one of the slowdowns may be that I have been dealing with the sales manager because my salesman is in Alaska this week. If I don't get a confirmation for a Thursday delivery, then I'm going to call the owner. I have emailed and talked to him on the phone a few times and he seems like a good guy, hopefully he can move things along. They have it speced out at five hours of work for the installation.

I would have them deliver the tractor and attatchments. The install manuals have all the info and detail you need to assemble and install them yourself. You will save some money and get the satisfaction of doing it yourself and gain first hand knowledge of how it all comes together.

I thought about that at one point but figured I would rather have them do it so it is covered as part of the warranty. They also gave me a great price on the tractor that included installation and delivery. From what I gathered from other people's pricing, they are charging me much, if anything, for the install.

The warranty will be unaffected whether they do it or you do it. It is considered owner/operator maintenance/installation.
Thanks PAGuy. I always thought if a person starts fooling around inside the transaxle they could use that as a reason for denying warranty work. For me it is a moot point since they are doing it but who knows what may come up in the future. :trink39:
