Don't forget they also now need supervisors!! (OK a bit of a stretch, but we have strayed from getting the job done).

As long as it is a family run farm with fewer than 10 employees...he does not have to worry about osha...they can be a real pain

I actually have 2 "potato forks" haning in the barn. Just no potatoes to dig with them.
