Forgive me for asking first, but what would cause my brake to stick as if I had pressed it and then lifted the park lever ? (Without lifting it) is there an easy fix ? I've come down with PMR, and doing anything is hard. I changed the oil, plugs,air filter,gas filter and sharpened the blades.. I was then done, I didn't have the strength left to even mow. That's why I'm asking first before trying to delv into the inards of the mower. Hopfully something simple.
