Today I got my turf trac back out of the barn and hooked up the chipper. I am going to clean up wear my old fort was and all Sticks and logs I am cutting them up.
Well This is the one I mowed the garden with (lots of fun--no work)I mowed with my JD-212 all the runaway weeds that tried to take over my garden--getting it ready for tilling so I can plant turnips. I will try to send a picture of my mower.
You going to put some 3 pt attachments on that? I have been really considering it with one of mine. But it's a fold up and would not have a whole lot of weight hanging way out there. And got a new toy! View attachment 2563376
Good pickup, I moved it back to the main GT's by brand level. How did this get into the John Deere form?
Thanks. Thought this might be too good not to. People need to see these are not just lawn mowers.Good pickup, I moved it back to the main GT's by brand level.
I have a 210--2x212's--214 and a 216. -- This is all I need to do my work---and 99% of all parts will interchange 216 engine is a little different.I had several of the old 200 series. Started with a 210, moved up to a 212, then a 216, I think. I think it was the 214 I never had. It amazes me how big those little tractors were.
What is going on--- this is under what did you do with your garden tractor today Not any BRAND of tractor Move it back and back again I don't care--just what.Good pickup, I moved it back to the main GT's by brand level.
I didn’t mean to cause a fuss just wasn’t sure where to post itThere were two exactly same name threads, one was in the JD brand forum and the other in "Other GT brands". I merged them so we wouldn't have two exact same name threads and by moving it to the top level of the GT's by brand, any brand can be posted in it.
Not a problem Gage A. Before you name a generalized thread though, it pays to use the Search Commmunity tool to see if it has been already used.I didn’t mean to cause a fuss just wasn’t sure where to post it
Not exactly sure what you mean? Do you mean putting some three-point hook ups on the crane? I thought of it but it was all two grown men could do to load it in my pick up it’s a pretty heavy cherry picker. I was thinking since it has caster wheels on all four corners I could put a to point hook up on the side where the cylinder is to pick up that end so it just slides around on the front caster wheels. Irecently pulled the motor in my John Deere 400 and I extended the arm all the way out to make it easier to grab the motor and even as heavy as that motor was the crane handled it like it wasn’t even thereYou going to put some 3 pt attachments on that? You got this tractor looking great---Looks like it could move a house.
Yes, mine are collapsible as in the legs stand up for storage. Heavy but I could move it around by myself. The Ariens 3 pt will lift 300 lbs. and the hoist is less than that. By how much I don't know. Not exactly sure what you mean? Do you mean putting some three-point hook ups on the crane? I found a way to move it! I put the back wheels in the bucket of my 400 and put a ratchet strap around the top and connected it to the crossmember on the loader. with all that wheight out in front I could not get any traction on the back so I stood on the 3 point and reached up to the hydro control. I need to move it later today so i'll try to get a picYes, mine are collapsible as in the legs stand up for storage. Heavy but I could move it around by myself. On yours just some tabs for the lower arms maybe a better way to go. It's no fun dragging these around even on concrete with a load. Yours looks like a beast. You should be able to pick the 400 complete easily with that. Mine are only capable of 4000 lbs. at the close setting and 2000 lbs. extended.
That was back before the feel good people gained control I hope. But he was likely right. My father, who apparently liked to live dangerously (you'll see in a moment) would say, "have your mother stand on the tongue, that'll put some weight on it!"
He was apt to get a slap on the back of the head if she heard him say it.That was back before the feel good people gained control I hope. But he was likely right.
We don't do the slap or hit thing in anger here. The wife figured that one out early on. Guess she didn't like the results. Just because we were married didn't make either of us punching bags.He was apt to get a slap on the back of the head if she heard him say it.
