Are they worth the extra cost? Do you recommend a JD one such as the optional one on my 318 or are there better ones in the after market?

That is a **** of a nice seat!I really like having a suspension seat. Saves my back and I dont have to drive with one hand on the fender like I have in the past.
Mine is the Michigan seat slkpk mentioned. Its same as the John Deere seat except all black. I bought mine when Northern had them on sale.
