What are your thoughts on this I am not sure if it's fair or not he says it's runs it just needs throttle cable reinstalled and the blades are stuck on the pto? Don't know what that means but it also needs adjustment somewhere it has headlights that look a little off to me and has a creeper gear along with dual wheel adapters he was asking 700 but then went down to 400, my 70 just needs a deck belt and Battery I had the rear tires tubed and remounted, redid the whole fuel filter/Line system and did a full rebuild on the carb so you think it's fair?
