This is a picture of the Santa's sleigh I did with my 1966 Wheel Horse Lawn Ranger and dump cart for a christmas parade here in Richmond , Va.

Jim,
I will post more pictures of this parade set up later. It was not easy to make BUT the rewards of the people faces when we drove down the street with this still gets to me. I took two pieces of 1 inch square tubing and made the beams to hold the eight reindeer to the frame of the tractor , each reindeer was bolted to a plate that was bolted to the beams and the whole system had just enough flex to make it look like the reindeer were trying to take off every time I hit a bump in the road! I had to put extra air in the front tires becuase the end of the reindeer were 11 feet in front of the tractor ... I glad this tractor had rear wheel weights to keep the rear end from coming up when I hit the brakes to stop. And yes we won first prize for are local tractor club for this , in the past 4 out of 5 years we done the parade we have won first place but this was by far the best. After the parade the reindeer were taken off and givin to families with small children.
