ym 146

hi all, I am new to the yanmar tractors and cant find anything on the smaller garden tractors. I have found a ym146 gt for sale near me and am going to look at it later today. It has 1300 hrs and a 48 inch mower deck. It has no rear pto so i would be getting basically a big riding mower. Owner is asking 1100.00 dollars for it. I need some advice as to whether I should pursue this as I dont know about parts availibility or service for it. Your opinions would be greatly appreciated. I dont have any pictures so I cant tell you what sort of condition its in. Owner says it looks good but we know how that goes!LOL!
