Yanmar 2820D 4WD does not move

my Yanmar 2820D 4WD does not move forward or reverse. Is there any common problem about it?

on 2nd photo there you can see the gear selector, there is no ligt under display, can it be the problem? no electric power?

Yes I got power steering. I will be back home in 2 weeks and check if lift works, but last week the PTO was no running, that is wat my father told me.

the lift is working, but I tried to engage PTO but it does not work! maybe I do something wrong? On the left side I have 4 positions PTO 1-2-3-4, do I have engage it somewhere else? Is there operators manual tor Yanmar 2820D to download? Every descryption on my tractor is in Japanesse
