The seat is designed to flex, po must have been a big boy, It needs to be welded, mig or tig. thats not a place where fiberglass will help. If you cant get it done cost effective, Id just try to find a used one, call joe for that, and the door. As nice as that tractor is,..Id try to find a good used one so you can get rid of the damage. I guess I hadn't looked at the seat that close yet, to figure out if it were made out of metal or fiberglass.

You are right.....just try and find another seat and use this one for AK-47 practice. :)

Also, I want to tighten up the steering a big on the tractor, and just by watching what's taking place when I turn the steering wheel, I want to replace the bushings (#12 in the pic) since the gear gizmo with the teeth seems to shift too much. The steering shaft is still good and snug.

What's the best way to get into this area....remove the radiator and go in from the front? Thanks again.
