Nice setup you have there Steve. I put 3 more hrs on mine yesterday evening mowing at almost full speed. The XT3 fab deck sure cuts good and fast. I need to find a landscape roller for my place to smooth the ground bumps out.

Sergeant that looks nice, you been putting some hours on it? I'm having a hard time staying off of mine. I've put 17 hrs on it in it 1st week. I'm out of gas LOL. Going to fill my 4 5gal. gas cans up today.

Bought this used 2016 with 59 hrs on it about a month ago. I've only put about 10 hours on it but loving it. Added mulch kit and tail lights. It's been raining all month it seems...rain again last night. :tango_face_plain:

This replaced my 2015 xt2 GX54 which ran flawless for 120 hrs, just needed diff lock. Got that and a bunch more, very happy with purchase.

Take it You don't Have the IH 3point and Brinly adapter for the 782 so You can use sleeve Hitch Implements with it?

It really doesn't appear to be that many of us XT3 owners on this forum. The dealer where I bought my XT3 (Landmark Equipment) said I was the 12th XT3 he has sold this year. He had 2 more ready to go on his show room floor. I also didn't see any other lower end models on the lot like the XT3 GS, or a XT2 he only had XT3 GSX models and then large CC ZTurns. His place looked like, go big or go home. He mostly carried the top of the like in different branded equipment. This dealer also carried rental equipment.

Thanks Sergeant for giving me the heads up on this thread, life has been pretty hectic lately so I haven't been around as much as I would like.

Anyhow, this is my XT3 GSX. I purchased it in June of this year, and overall I'm pretty happy with it, though there are a few mild irritants that carried over from the GT2k series.

Coincidentally, today I just purchased a NOS 2016 Bercomac 48" snowblower, in Cub Cadet livery. This, along with the electronic options, should make this the easiest winter I've had in years.

Also, courtesy of Sergeant, I've got a lovely sleeve hitch... that I still haven't used.

Found a used Brinley box blade for a decent price, but I'm trying to compare it to the Agri-Fab and if it's not as strong I'll hold off.

Also, I suspect that you see less XT3 machines because of the price premium they hold.

I bought a used Agri-fab and can say that it is not up to the task it's built for w/o modification. Mine has thin tubing that connects to the hitch and with use the bolts have indented the tubing heavily. The PO flipped the hitch to the other side and promptly pulled the bolts into it as well. They need modification as detailed in this thread and I have bought the iron to mod mine for use.

Add me to the list of GSX owners. Bought mine in October of 2017. Can't tell you how many hours I have on it cause I have to get my reading glasses to read the darn tiny numbers on the display. I do like the electric lift switch where it is. Right next to the height adjustment lever, so I remember to use both to raise or lower the deck. The headlights are really a waste, though. You'd think they could have put something that works on a machine that's over $5k . I got the 54" fabbed deck and am pleased with the cut. The only thing I don't like about it is the deck doesn't seem to float like my 46" deck did on my old 1340. That one I could lock or unlock. This one seems to be locked into place and can really dig things up when you go on some uneven ground. Wish there was a way to fix that. I've changed the oil a few times and have used an STP filter, #S3614. Good filter and much more affordable than a CC filter. Also used Mobil 1 after the second oil change so things were seated correctly. I took off the triple bagger today, cleaned up the machine and put it in the barn until next April or so. Still have to remove the battery and put it on the trickle charger for the winter. All in all an expensive machine for just cutting grass but very comfortable, and at my age I think I'm deserving. I have lots of other toys for the heavy work and snow removal. I'll get some pictures in the spring (I'm a little challenged when it comes to pics on the computer). This is an absolutely awesome forum with knowledgeable and helpful members. Glad to be a member.

Glad to see we have another XT3 owner out there welcome you here Duane.

Your right it's an expensive mower and I'm loving mine also. I use mine to mow with 90% of the time 60" fab deck and as you stated no float on mine either. As far as head lights check out my other thread on that. I put 1700 lumens LEDs in it and they are quit a bit brighter.
Glad to see you here.

Hey Steve you didn't do to good a job with the leaves according to your picture. LOL
Nice place you have there buddy! Old Man Winter is moving in for sure. I used my XT3 yesterday hauling my 15 gallon sprayer around soaking down 30 bags of concrete I put on my drive way. Thought I'd try something different on it on the washed out parts I'm tired of driving thru the deep mud. I'll post a pic of it when I check it today for dryness. Rain is headed back in today sometime this afternoon.

Oh I was just pocken at you, you have a very nice place to be proud of and you take good care of it to boot.
About 5 yrs ago i did a little concrete to another part of my drive that kept washing out and it's still holding up ok. That go around was 100 bags of concrete. I have 3000 feet of driveway to try and keep up with and sometimes feel like a 1 man chain gang road worker. LOL
There is no telling how many hours and cash I've spent on this never ending driveway of mine. After a 6" rain in less than 24hrs it messes it up and I'm back on road repair duty. Have had over 20"s of rain in 2 weeks so it has taken a toll on my driveway. Next up when the weather drys up is putting my big JD front end loader to work digging dirt for the driveway. The rain washed out 1 of my culverts but I fixed that last week. It seems the road work never ends. LOL oh it'll be fixed and last for a few yrs. then back at it again. LOL
