Hi all,

I have a new Wheelhorse XL 380 H with a twin cutting deck. It leaves a line of grass uncut at all the heights of the cutting deck. It seems as if it runs the grass over and lies it down without cutting it. Is this common in this model?.The uncut grass seems to be coming from within the middle of the deck and is quite wide. Any suggestions to fix this.

I know this is going to sound crazy....but make sure the blades are on "right side up".
I have found some tractors came to me with one blade up and one blade down....grrrr

Also a possability would be it has one or both incorrect blade lengths on the deck.
The cut should "overlap" in the middle. If it doesn't overlap......it will leave a line.
