Removing a John Deere/Curtis Hard cab on a x720 can you lift it straight off the tractor or do you need to remove the rear center panel? The brackets where the rear center panel attaches goes under the frame rails. There is not enough room to lift it straight off. Also it does not look like there is enough room to move the cab back and up either. Before I try to lift it off any advice would be greatly appreciated!! Thank You!!

They're designed to tilt back instead of going up (or at least tilt back a bit before going up); if you want, you can leave one bolt in each side on that rear center bracket to use as pivots, then lay the whole cab back on saw horses or something similar. :fing32:

Thanks for your help!! I rigged it so it would lift the front first. Once it was up 6 to 8 Inches. I pushed it back. Then lifted it the rest of the way. Thanks again!!
