D120 is a parkable loader suited to Value minded customer''s who still have Heavy loader needs options are limited to ensure easy ordering, quick delivery and consistent inventory

The H120 and D120 will not be compatiable with the 2305 or 2320,2520 or 2720 tractors

Wow, great info Sergeant! Thanks!!

So, this is all consistent with the new model designation scheme, right down to the R & E versions (value and deluxe).

Could someone explain the significance of "independent mower lift", "auto connect mower", and "auto hitch"?

Also any info about backhoe capability?

I assume that all-wheel-steer and all-wheel-drive are not part of the package?

The back hoe will still be the 260. The auto connect mower you drive over the deck and list for two clicks then raise mowing deck and it connected Look under build & price on JD web site under the 3000 series tractors. For auto hitch you can connect implement to the Rear PTO with out leaving the seat just reaching back and moving one leaver again see JD web site under Compact utillities under Build and Price. Indepentdent mower lift was a option on the 2210 & 2305 it is now standard meaning 3point won't move when lifting mowing deck.:thThumbsU

:thanku:

Those are great features.:trink39:

Any sense of dimensions? Same physical size as 2305/2210, or ???? The "spy photo" looks a bit smaller, and the loader sounds like it might be sized below the 200C/X loader.

From the print out I have they llok very simialr to the 2305 They look a little more sloped in the front and do have foldable ROPS The brusch Guard look just about like the brusch Guard for the X700 series only thicker tubing.

Good info Sarge. The gas cap on the 1xxx will also be on the fender and not on the hood.

They're keeping a pretty good lid on these, no Google images for either of them yet!!! Sounds like some real improvements, are they calling them SCUT's?
From the Public deere Web site you can't see them Yet but from the Dealers access to the web site they show the 1023E and the 1026R with the D120 & H120 Loaders:thThumbsU
They should be up by October on the Public side of the Web site.
The Gas cap I can't tell by the picture

TBN had a photo up that was removed for copyright reasons. It showed the folding ROPS and gas cap on the fender. :)
Built by Yanmar?
Good question. October will sure be interesting. :)
Auto connect = more casharoo you better have..

Boss,

No he can't post that info yet.

Serge it sure would be nice if Deere would surprise us and come out with a 46 Loader for the X7's that utilized this century's design work, with a Curved boom setup :)

If JD was really on the ball, they'd make these new 120 loaders for the 1000-series X700-compatible!!

Great info. Looks like JD has been reading some of these forums for some ideas!
UT,

Wouldn't that be sweet :)
A question on the "Auto-Connect" mower, how does the tractor operate it? Driveshaft? Hydraulics? I understand that the mower lift system could automatically connect to the deck, but there has to be some type of human intervention there. Thanks for all answers!!
Joe,

Same as any other setup except they change the ends of the PTO shafts so they can easily self align. There are videos on Youtube of Auto-Connect on a 3320. It's smooth for sure, Costly I bet!
