So it looks like I am going to have to go with 26x12-12 rear tire to match 16x6.5-8 front carlisle tire. The 24x12-12 carlisle tire is for an atv and they are very round(funny) looking. Will that offset look goofy.Want to here your opinions.
I want my tractor to look like 10fords Nice looking :dunno:

396,

One thing to check carefully before you go to larger tires/rims, is the clearance on the mower deck. You may be fine, but just double check so you don't create a hassle down the road.

10ford has a 4WD X585 (roughly equivalent to today's X728), so he has a bigger machine with a longer wheelbase to work within, plus he gets more benefit from those aggressive front tires because they are driven.

Thanks guys! It's nice to be able to share and learn on this forum. The wife calls it my "tractor porno" site!

Your x500 and his X585 are VERY different machines. You have the "new" generation of the x500 series, he has the older x500 series. As stated, his is the equivalent to an x748 or so. He has a diesel, shaft drive, heavier duty everything. You might run into some clearance issues because the stock tire size is the 24-12-12.
