When I bought my X485 I did not even know it had any spring under the seat. When replacing the pick-up fuel line I noticed there should be suspension under there. Mine is RUSTED solid. Is it worth trying to fix? How much if any does that little spring help? Cheap upgrades?
Just going to have back surgery and I should try to take care of my back after words. I do not mined the ride, just can it be better for cheap?
Thanks

It certainly makes a difference. They're available on the used side from people upgrading to SE seats. In fact, if you're interested, I have a suspension base laying around that could use a new home.
