They should have titled it "worlds smallest drivable car" because I can think of a certain miniature Ferrari 312PB that is 100% accurate to it's full sized counterpart, the only problem is that it's 1:3rd scale.
World's Smallest Car
Ran across this article about an Arizona guy building the world's smallest car. It made the Guinness Book of World Records. I thought it was kind of interesting. Here's the link:
