Should be a plate below the dash with one of those model numbers. If you can't find it, check the engine. If it's original, the model # 1-3741 has a Tecumseh H70-130042 and # 1-3745 has a H70-130043. That's the only difference I can see.

theres only one of the work horse 700 made in 1969 and thats the only year it was made but there were a few made just like it I have one I restoring and one I use to pull with its retired now little does what little pulling I do now the wh 700 is a esay tractor to work on as all the wheel horses were if you go to the CD group there one or two in there just click here
