I have a belt break I get a new belt get it on. I then grease it both Zeaks on the sides are GONE...
I take the covers off and there are no Zeaks.. I feel around for a hole but nothing.

anybody got a pic what it is suppose to look like..
The one in the middle is there just both sides are gone..

There are a few different types of them. 2 main ones, 1/4-28 fine thread and a much bigger 1/8 NPT. There are also metrics, but only newer implements use those.

Depending on how old your machine is, you may be able to find an IPL online and see what kind of fittings it had.

I'd take the zerk out of the middle and see if it threads into the holes of the two that are missing.

I have a tool like this, with sockets on either end for threading them in, and a tap and easy out on the other. If they are broken off inside, you'll need to use an easy out to remove them. They usually aren't all that tight, and don't rust as long as they have been used somewhat frequently. You'll need to get the tool that matches the threads in your implement.
