Have an older gt6000 that had a 18hp L-head Kohler that gave up the ghost. Have a good Briggs L-head 18hp I've swapped into it. Now comes the fun I need to patch the wiring in. The connector from the tractor has a red and an orange wire connected to one spade a brown to another spade and a blue to the third. Looking at the connector from the Kohler engine it looks like the blue wire goes to nothing. The Briggs has a red wire connected to a red/black wire and a black wire connected to a white wire and a seperate yellow wire. Anyone know what connects to what?
