Probably the best answer for that is yes and no depending where you live.

Farmers Almanac should be unchanged as they would have been going to print with it. But who knows if AccuWeather did any tweaking on their image since September.
Edit: What I should have done rather then hot linking and will do next time is to store those images on my computer or here and then look at them again as posted on the net after time passes to see if they tweak them any after the original posting.
