I am surprised the shop manual does not have it, you might check with CNH and see if they have one they would be willing to copy probably for a price.

I have recently purchased a 1995 Ford NH 3930, to find that rats eat the wiring away from my instrument panel! I have purchased a manual, and it does not have the wiring diagram in it. Where can I find a wiring diagram?!
I tried to do a search of the forum, before posting question, but I probably just missed the info.
