I am getting an old 80's model wheel horse. I don't see any hyraulic lines but the guy swears up and down that every older 10 hp. wheel horse has hydraulics. I really don't think there are any but you all should know:00000060: :00000060:

Easy way to tell if you have a picture of the tractor? If it has a tall
"lift handle" on the left side of the tractor or not. If it does "not" then
it must be a hydro lift. Wheel horse was pretty good about hydraulic
lines being kept internally.....you would not see them.

Wheelhorse also made an electric lift kit for the manual transmission tractors. They are so rare that I havent seen one, but would like one for the dual drive if anyone has one to sell?

yup....if it has one....it is a manual lift and you said it has a standard
tranny...

I dissagree respectfully to David. I have a C-120 that is a hyrostat and
it has a manual lift. I have seen many others at shows with a manual
lift also. So it is not safe to assume if it is a hydrostat....that it also
comes with hydraulic lift.

David alot of the older horses that were hydro came without hydro lift and Kevin is right right those early gear drive with the hydro lift options are very cool tractors and there were also the 953,1054 gear drive tractors with standerd hydro lift, they were basicly the fore runners of the hydro GT14 tractors.my favorite tractors are the gear drive with hydro lift.

I have a 1054A and of course you mentioned one of my favorites...
The GT-14. One repowered with a 16hp magnum engine and one
with an ARK 500 loader.
