I just picked up a wheel horse 211A and replaced the blown engine how ever i do not beleive the pto clutch was installed correctly in the first place. The bell shape pully on top i beleive is suppose to be held up in place by the bearing chaser and a bolt through the shaft. I have seen that in a diagram however mines does not have the bolt. The lower end pto seems that it should sit right on the lever for the pto.

So should i add a bolt to hold it or should i leave it the way i took it apart?

Any help is appreciated.

I found that i am missing special washer 107750. The washer i beleive goes inside the bearing chaser and presses the pulley and the bell upward against the spacer. If anyone has the spacer and if i am assembling this correctly please let me know.
