The Dealer would be correct if you had a GX 345 with a C deck but since you have a regular 54inch deck you would need one of the top two powerflow assemblies for the 345's 48 or 54inch deck.

I would be 90% sure that you don't have A (C) deck becuse they did not come out until the GX was Put in front of the 345. Though a 54c deck would fit on a 345 I'm guessing you have the original deck on your 345. Here is the Current Part number for a 54inch deck for a 345 # SKU19807 The C deck will also be Label 54c with the word Convertable underneath it. on the spindle housing cover.:thThumbsU.

Well if yours is a Covertible then the Powerflow for the X500 series will work on your 345.

I have both tractors a 2000 345 with a 48inch deck (not a c) and a 2005 GX345 with a 48inch c deck.
The deck differences are
48-has round posts that hold anti scalp wheels
metal belt guards
straight cut discharge shoot
48C flat steel holding anti scalp wheels
plastic belt guards
discharge shoot has 2 angles on it
I had a power flow I used on both decks just had to add a piece of metal to the 48inch non C deck
I gave up with the bagger because if you cut 2-4 acre you will end up with 10 foot pile of stinking, mouse and snake filled dead grass.

:thanku: Well, without actually looking at the mower, I can tell you that it has metal belt guards and the round posts for the gauge wheels. But, I could've sworn I saw 54C on the deck the other day? Oh well, lol. So, would a 48" Powerflow work on my deck or does it actually need to be a 54"?

So, this is everything I would need to have a complete Powerflow setup? I already have the pulley on the deck and the mounting thingies on the rear of the frame. Dealer said it was $1600 new. That doesn't look like $1600, looks more like $938 + tax to me?

I use a Cyclone Rake instead. Tons of extra capacity. My x520 pulls it well. Good luck with your decision.

Yes it's about $938 for a two bag Powerflow bagger Before taxes and Dealer freight charges a 3 Bag Powerflow will cost more. BTW I see you mentioned TRi Green Are you in the Hunstville,AL area

I have a 2000 345 with a Power Flow, 48C Deck and a 7 Bushel Hopper

I would like to upgrade to the High Performance Power Flow (BM22696) which is a 5 paddle versus the older 4 paddle I have now. Do you know if I would also need to upgrade my chute coming off the Power Flow into the hopper also or can I continue to use my older chute?

I have a GX345 with 54c deck.

What parts do I need to put a bagger on it for the lowest possible price?
